Floating Pasar – Cultural Festival

On August 15, 2024, the third Floating Pasar will take place. At this cultural festival, we celebrate freedom and highlight a variety of cultures, specifically the Indonesian, Indo (a blend of Indonesian and European cultures formed during the colonial period in Indonesia), Moluccan, and Papuan cultures. During the festival, we reflect on the end of World War II in Southeast Asia. Mayor Aboutaleb will be present at the commemoration and give a speech. After the commemoration, the mayor will continue to celebrate freedom with us. Together with the board of the foundation, he will officially open the Floating Pasar in Rotterdam.

I Love Thailand Festival

The largest Thailand Festival in Europe takes place in Bredene. Centrally located, you will find a food court with many Thai restaurants. At the Thai market, there are all kinds of souvenirs, Thai vegetables, desserts, massages, and much more. Thai dances and performances are on the program. Three Thai artists named, Eed Fly, Poo Blackhead and Katreeya English, will be musically supported by the live band Format. This concert will be the largest and longest live concert with original Thai artists ever in Belgium.
